The idea
- What is Joyfully Invited?
- Joyfully Invited is a connected guest experience for weddings and celebrations. It is designed to carry one visual and emotional story through the event page, guest participation during the celebration, and an interactive memory capsule afterward.
- Is it just another QR photo gallery?
- No. Collecting photos is useful, but it is only one part. The stronger idea is continuity: the invitation sets the tone, the camera and prompts make the room participate, and the memory capsule gives those contributions a meaningful place afterward.
- Is Joyfully Invited only for weddings?
- Weddings are our first focus because the journey from invitation to memory is especially clear there. The same format can fit birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorettes, private celebrations, and selected venue-led events, but we discuss those individually rather than pretending every event needs the same package.
- Does this replace the wedding photographer?
- No. A photographer remains the professional record of the day. Joyfully Invited captures the guest perspective: tables, friendships, dance-floor moments, playful prompts, and messages that one photographer cannot be everywhere to collect.
Early release
- Can we use Joyfully Invited for our wedding now?
- We are inviting a small number of couples into a guided early release. We start with a fit call, confirm the exact experience and readiness plan in writing, and only take on an event when we believe we can support it properly.
- Is the complete suite already a finished self-service product?
- Not yet. Guest photo capture, Photo Bingo, and the live wall have already been tested in pilots. A separate event-site test validated how strongly couples respond to a beautiful mobile invitation experience. We are now shaping those pieces into one connected journey, including the memory capsule, through managed early-release events.
- What will be confirmed before we commit?
- We confirm the package, event date, guest count, event-page scope, venue setup, display and connectivity needs, moderation approach, support window, memory-capsule format, and which responsibilities sit with you, your planner, the venue, or us.
- Why is the early release guided?
- A wedding is not a safe place for vague promises. Working directly with each couple lets us rehearse the guest flow, catch venue constraints, support the important moments, and learn what deserves to become a dependable self-service feature later.
Guest experience
- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. Guests join in the browser from the event link or venue QR. The flow may ask them to identify themselves, but it does not require an app-store download.
- Why give guests a limited camera roll?
- The 24-shot roll borrows the useful constraint of a disposable camera. It nudges guests to notice a moment before tapping, which gives the final collection more variety and fewer near-duplicates. Exact roll settings are confirmed for each early-release event.
- What is Moment Hunt?
- Moment Hunt is the participation layer. Photo Bingo is one playful format: guests receive prompts such as a stranger's smile, shoes off on the dance floor, or a forehead kiss. The prompts can be energetic or quiet, depending on the couple and the room.
- How does the live wall work?
- The venue opens a dedicated wall view on a display, projector, or cast device. New approved frames can appear as guests capture them, while the host can pause the wall or use a moderated flow when the event calls for tighter control.
- Can guests leave messages or add video?
- The memory experience is designed to combine photographs with guest messages and selected video clips. The exact capture and upload options are confirmed in the early-release scope so we never promise a media type we cannot support reliably for your event.
- Can we moderate what appears publicly?
- Yes. Host control is a core part of the experience. We agree whether photos publish immediately or wait for approval, and the final capsule only includes the moments and messages the host chooses to share.
Pricing and keepsakes
- How much does the early release cost?
- Our proposed one-time packages are Essential at €99, Signature at €199, and Guided at €399. Signature is our recommended package for most weddings. These are discussion prices for the guided early release, not a self-service checkout.
- What changes between the three packages?
- All three preserve the before, during, and after journey. Essential is more hands-on for the couple. Signature adds tailored visual direction, custom prompts, story chapters, and a readiness call. Guided adds deeper setup, planner or venue handoff, event-window priority support, and a post-event curation session.
- Is there a subscription?
- The early-release proposal uses a one-time price per celebration. Any optional print work or materially different event requirement is quoted separately and agreed before work begins.
- Can we order a physical memory book?
- Yes, as an optional outcome after the digital capsule is curated. The proposal starts at €149. Format, page count, finish, print partner, and delivery location determine the final quote.
- How is event data handled?
- Event media is stored in secured cloud services, and the host decides what is shared. Retention, access, downloads, and any special privacy needs are reviewed during setup. The privacy policy contains the formal details, and we welcome specific questions before an event is accepted.
- Can planners or venues work with you?
- Yes. We are looking for planners and venues who want to help shape a dependable handoff, guest flow, signage plan, and memory experience. Early professional partnerships are managed directly with our team rather than through a reseller or white-label portal.
